2. What SWISH is
SWISH is a single-player arcade basketball game for Android. A level lasts sixty seconds, the hoop moves between shots, and you try to score as many points as possible. It is designed to work entirely offline.
3. No data is collected
SWISH collects no personal data, no usage data and no device identifiers. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no crash-reporting service, no advertising SDK and no tracking of any kind.
We do not operate a server for the game and receive nothing from your device. There is nobody to share data with because there is no data.
4. What is stored on your device
The game keeps a small file in its private app storage:
- the highest level you have unlocked.
That is all. It never leaves your phone. Clearing the app data or uninstalling SWISH deletes it. There is no cloud backup: the Android backup of this app is disabled.
5. Permissions
SWISH requests a single Android permission: VIBRATE, used for the short haptic feedback on a basket or a rim hit. The game does not request the internet permission, camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or any sensor access.
Because there is no internet permission, the game cannot send anything anywhere even in principle.
6. This website
This site is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. It has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no accounts and no contact form. GitHub, as the hosting provider, may process technical request data (IP address, time, requested URL, browser details) to deliver and protect the site, under GitHub's own privacy policy.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; when your browser requests them, Google receives the request data that any font delivery involves (including your IP address). If you prefer to avoid that, block the request — the site still works, just with the system font.
7. Children
SWISH is a general-audience game suitable for all ages. It collects no data, so it collects nothing from children either. If you believe we have inadvertently received personal information about a child, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing to access or delete. You can still contact us at emavgl.app@gmail.com, and you may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
9. Changes
If a future version of SWISH adds a feature that handles data (for example online leaderboards), this policy will be updated before that feature ships, with a new effective date at the top of this page.
